Vistakon Visioncare Ireland (Johnson & Johnson), Castletroy, Limerick

This contract involved the site development of a 10 acre pharmaceutical plant site in Limerick. This included the associated civil, structural and electrical elements. The high level of quality work undertaken was reflected in us being part of the first construction team on a Johnson & Johnson building site worldwide to receive 5 stars for safety and competence. The contract involved over 92,000 cubic meters of sub-soil removed off-site, 10 acres of scrub cleared and mulched, connection of services (including the installation of drainage-storm lines, intinuation tanks & petrol interceptors, sewage lines, water mains fire main, gas main, E.S.B, Optic fibre and M.V Ducting). Foundation and structural work was undertaken including shuttering, steel fixing, concrete finishing, concrete coring and sawing).
